These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the AthletX platform, including all related services, premium subscriptions, coaching tutorials, educational content, digital features, community interactions, and future experiences provided by us for coaches, athletes, students, and learners worldwide. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with all applicable policies, guidelines, and platform rules designed to create a safe, transparent, and professional learning environment.
Players subscribe to access exclusive training and motivational videos. Coaches create and upload content, which is reviewed and approved by our super admins to maintain quality.
You must be at least 13 years old to register. Please provide accurate information and keep your login details secure to protect your account.
All coach-uploaded videos are monitored for quality and compliance. Content that is offensive, illegal, or violates others’ rights will be removed without notice.
Players pay to subscribe for full access to content. All payments are final unless required by law. You control your subscription settings within the app.
Our app lets you buy sports gear and apparel from trusted vendors. While we vet sellers, we aren’t responsible for shipping delays, quality issues, or warranties.
All app content, branding, and designs belong to Prep by Pros or our partners. You may not use or copy them without our permission.
Super admins and moderators may access user activity data only to monitor content and maintain quality and safety.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app means you accept the new terms. Please check back regularly.

All subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime, and you'll keep access until the end of your billing cycle.
Refunds for physical products depend on the individual seller’s policy. We are not responsible for shipping or product issues.
If paid content isn’t working, contact us within 7 days. We’ll try to fix it or offer credit if needed.
Think you were charged by mistake? Let us know right away so we can investigate and help.
If your subscription didn’t unlock content as expected, let us know. We’ll fix it or compensate accordingly.
Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds do not include the value of any promotional codes or discounts applied at checkout.
